We started Stogus Coffee with one belief — that most coffee plays it too safe. Roasters chase consistency by chasing sameness, and somewhere along the way, the coffee stops surprising anyone. We built Stogus Coffee to do the opposite. Every batch is roasted to push flavor further, not flatten it.
That means no shortcuts in the roastery, no recipe we won’t question, and no batch that ships just because it’s “good enough.” We roast in Vadodara, we cup everything ourselves, and we’d rather lose a little consistency chasing character than gain it by playing safe. That’s the only promise we make — and the only one we intend to keep.
